Up to 3 people- All Gear, Tackle, Ice, Bait, and Licenses INCLUDED. $200 deposit rqd for each day- cheque, cash, or paypal to xharian@gmail.com. PHONE CALL+DEPOSIT rqd for all trips. Trips only final after phone call+ deposit-FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED- book early to insure your desired date. except for the most extreme circumstances, >DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE<.

 Trips to be paid in-full upon return ea. day. Flexible dates should be booked 30 days prior to insure a specific reservation. For single dates and major holidays, it is recommended that trips are booked 60 days prior.

All trips are to be booked over the telephone. No phone call, no trip. A $200  deposit is required to book a trip. No deposit , no trip- even if it is last –minute. Once a deposit has been made, the trip is locked in and you have the boat. Deposits can be made by paypal or your credit card through paypal, or in cash. Go to www.paypal.com .  no cancellations . If you are hungover, just don't want to go, your boat does not run, or think you might get seasick- there are no refunds of deposit. Deposits for multiple day trips (3 or more) dates are non-refundable-make sure you plan on showing up. If there is  a problem on my end, a refund will be granted.  If small craft warnings or lightning is in the area or my boat has a mechanical problem, a refund will be issued.  Failure to show for the trip=forfeit of deposit and there are no refunds. Emergencies do occur and I will do my best to work with you to reschedule your trip or even refund your deposit, but I will strictly adhere to this policy.  if I deem the situation is acceptable for a refund and cancellation, i will do so. If  I can book another trip in your trip’s place an immediate refund will be made. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis and written proof of reason for cancellation (doctor’s notice, flight cancellation, etc.)will  be required-NO phone , email permitted-must be on paper. Refunds are usually issued 2 weeks after cancellation. In the event of a major hurricane (as in hurricane Irma) some deposits may not be refunded or may take several months to refund depending on the severity of the situation. Plan you trips with hurricane season in mind. THE WINTER  is the safest time.  Please call 305.394.7400 if you have any questions.

Bareboat/mate service $425/day- boat must be over 25' for Marathon or oceanside trips and in good ,working order. Bay boats trips out of lower keys only! No 2-strokes! Vessels I deem unsafe or not in good working order upon my arrival forfeit  deposit. Make sure to have your boat serviced at the dealer before you bring it all the way to the florida keys!

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime-refund granted. All bags will be subject to search.
